Why Celebrations Chocolates were started by me?

I am a self-confessed chocoholic. Over the years I experimented with many different varieties of chocolates, but was never satisfied with them. Being a food technologist I decided to make them myself, experimenting with all those variety ingredients which I wanted as a part of chocolates. The result is Celebrations Chokl8s.
